For this as well as my love for cows, I decided to start a dairy. I attended a course at NDRI, karnal, and Kurukshetra Baramati. We decided to go for desi cow breeds only not HF or jersey. A2 milk is especially good for us per Ayurveda text. The fact that we are putting our name on it means we are satisfied with the quality and purity of the milk.
