Rooted in India's rich tradition and guided by modern understanding, our journey reflects a simple belief: dairy should be fresh, responsibly produced and connected to the care of the cows behind it. At Vasudha Farms, we bring together traditional farming values, Sahiwal cow care and a thoughtful approach to pure dairy from Haryana.
Our Journey ββPure food begins with respect for nature, animals and the way we nourish our families.β
A journey inspired by indigenous cows, traditional dairy farming and the pursuit of fresh, honest food.
What began as a simple wish to provide pure milk for one family gradually became a journey of caring for cows, building a dairy and sharing the same freshness with many more families.
I am Dr. Vibhu Pal, a medical doctor and alumnus of KMC Manipal and IIM Bangalore. For years, I had been reading about adulterated and synthetic milk and had a personal desire to keep cows so that my family could have milk we could trust.
To understand dairy farming better, I attended a short course at NDRI, Karnal. The idea remained a dream until the lockdown in 2020, when I finally decided that it was time to either begin or give up on it.
I travelled to Karnal, met an award-winning breeder and brought home our first three cows. We leased a small place in Dharuhera and began our journey. At that time, I could never have imagined where it would lead.
On some days, the milk produced was more than our family could consume, so we began sharing it with friends and neighbours. Their response was overwhelming. They loved the milk, found the paneer tastier and the curd creamier, and demand gradually began to grow.
As the farm expanded, I travelled through villages around Ganganagar and Hanumangarh in Rajasthan in search of pure-bred Sahiwal cows.
Eventually, we decided that our cows and dairy deserved a permanent home. That led us to establish the farm in Village Rajpura, Dharuhera, Southern Haryana.
Through every stage of this journey, our aim has remained the same: to maintain the purity we originally set out to achieve while giving proper care and attention to the cows we love.
Even today, the milk and dairy products that come to my family are the same ones that we send to yours. I invite you to be a part of this journey with us.
