We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and any unforeseen logistical issues.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500.
  • Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹500, a flat shipping rate of ₹50 will be applied.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Areas We Ship To

We currently offer shipping across India. While we aim to deliver to as many regions as possible, there may be some locations where we are unable to deliver due to logistical constraints. In such cases, you will be informed at the time of placing your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to check the real-time status of your delivery through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 2-3 attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable during the delivery attempt, please follow the instructions provided by our courier partner to reschedule delivery or arrange for an alternative solution.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

We ensure that all products are carefully packed to avoid any damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged item or if any items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately at support@vasudhafarms.com with your order details. We will investigate the issue and provide a solution, either by reshipping the product or processing a refund.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched, we may not be able to accommodate changes to the delivery address.

8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In case of any unexpected delays in delivery, such as weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control, we will notify you of the revised delivery schedule. If the order cannot be delivered for reasons under our control, we will ensure you are refunded in full or the order is reshipped as per your preference.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India. However, we are working to expand our services to international locations soon.
