Cancellation, Refunds & Replacements

Because many Vasudha Farms products are fresh and perishable, cancellation or return options may be limited once an order has been prepared, packed, dispatched or delivered.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, leaking, spoiled or otherwise defective product, please contact our team as soon as reasonably possible and provide order information and supporting photographs where requested.

Fresh & Perishable Dairy Products

Milk, paneer, curd, lassi, chaach and certain other dairy products are fresh and perishable.

Customers are responsible for following appropriate storage instructions after delivery.

• Refrigerate products where required
• Follow the storage instructions shown on the packaging
• Consume products within the recommended period
• Do not consume a product after its applicable expiry or use-by date

Vasudha Farms cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, prolonged exposure to heat, contamination after delivery or failure to follow storage instructions.

Customer Responsibilities

When placing an enquiry, order or subscription request, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate.

This includes:

• Correct name and contact number
• Complete delivery address
• Correct product and quantity selection
• Availability to receive the delivery
• Promptly informing us of changes to an order or delivery

Additional delivery or handling costs may apply where a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information or customer unavailability.
